Daily Log – June 21, 2016

WORKOUT:
-Treadmill: 3 mi, brisk walk

STEPS:
-10,103/10,000

Put in an additional mile on the treadmill compared to yesterday, and got all my steps in, barely, before midnight. Definitely an improvement over yesterday, but I really need to start earlier in the evening so that I can do other workouts in addition to the treadmill, and so that I don’t have to try and rush to meet my step goal before midnight.
