Daily Log – June 27, 2016

WORKOUT: Treadmill, 2 mi.

I did not exercise on Saturday or Sunday, and I really don’t have a legitimate excuse. My eating habits were pretty terrible as well. Really need to work on that.

Today, I did 2 miles on the treadmill, but did not hit my 10,000 step goal. Food intake was a little better, but not stellar.
