-2 mi. walk/jog, outside
It has been awhile since I’ve attempted to run/jog, so that was a bit of an adventure. The first few minutes didn’t go well, but instead of giving up and just walking the rest (as I would have done in the past), I alternated between walking and jogging. I can’t say it was half and half, but the ratio was definitely better than I thought it would be when I started.
