-Bicycles (10 reps)
-V-ups (10 reps)
-Twisting Crunches (10 reps)
-Plank (1 minute)
-Floor Reverse Crunches (10 reps)
-Russian Twists (20 reps)
This ab workout seems pretty basic, but it was difficult at times, as dumb as that sounds. It was definitely a reminder of how weak and out-of-shape I am right now. A few of the moves (particularly the v-ups and reverse crunches) were just physically impossible for me to do correctly at this point, so I modified them and did the best I could.
I was able to get outside for a bit today, and walked/jogged a total of 2.5 miles. I jogged approximately 1 mile, and the rest was a fast walk. It’s a beautiful day out there!
