Daily Log – August 6, 2016

WORKOUT:

-Treadmill: 2 mi.

-LEGS:
3 rounds, 10 reps each
-Lunges
-Side kicks
-Climbers
-Calf raises
-Squats
-Donkey kicks

-CHEST:
3 rounds, 10 reps each
-Push-ups
-Plank rotations
-Chest squeezes
-Shoulder press

I missed yesterday, so I decided to do both chest and legs today. I chose exercises from the chart found here.
