Bands-Only Shoulder Workout (originally found here)
3 sets of 12 reps each:
-bent over lateral raise
I used the red band for these again, but added two reps to each move on each round compared to last time.
I really slacked off this week – this was the first workout for the week. Every spare second has been spent watching the Olympics, honestly. Tonight I exercised while watching, so I’ll have to do that next week as well.
No pic today – I didn’t sweat enough to earn it. 😉
