Daily Log – August 15, 2016

WEIGHT: 202 lbs.

Spent the evening on the couch watching the Olympics and lost track of time, so no workout, unfortunately. Happy to see a slight loss on the scale this morning though – that is almost never the case for me after a weekend. I feel like my diet was pretty good today, and wasn’t too bad over the weekend, so that is definitely a step in the right direction.
