First, the Olympics are over, which is sad because I love watching, but it’s good because now I won’t be glued to a screen every spare moment.
Second, I’m at the beach for a week of vacation! Historically, I’ve done pretty well with getting workouts in on this trip, so I’m looking forward to a good week on that front. Here’s today’s:
