Daily Log – August 22, 2016

First, the Olympics are over, which is sad because I love watching, but it’s good because now I won’t be glued to a screen every spare moment.

Second, I’m at the beach for a week of vacation! Historically, I’ve done pretty well with getting workouts in on this trip, so I’m looking forward to a good week on that front. Here’s today’s:

WORKOUT:

-3 mile walk on the beach

-“Dirty Dozen:” 2 sets of 12 reps each:

Jumping jacks

Squats 

Push-ups

Plank to Bridge

Side lunges

Alternating lunges

Down-dog to Plank

Reverse lunges 

V-ups

Side bridges

Lying twists

Supermans
