-TREADMILL: 2 miles in 25:05 (Max speed = 6.0 mph)
Today I decided to skip the pre-programed workout and just aim for a certain distance. The goal was 2 miles, and I accomplished that in 25:05. Slower than the pace for the previous workout, but I honestly would have struggled to keep that pace for 2 miles at this point. Looking forward to lowering that time and going even further in the coming days and weeks.
