Daily Log – October 8, 2016

WORKOUT:

-Treadmill: 1 mile in 13:25

 

My goal today was to have a faster time than Thursday, but I ended up adding 10 seconds instead. I must have taken the first lap slower, because lap 2 was the same as last time, and the final two laps were faster. Oh well. Just gives me more to work on next time.
