I’m happy with my time and distance compared to the last time I ran, but this whole “exercise twice a month” thing needs to stop, obviously. My mind has been anywhere but here lately, but that’s no excuse. I’m thankful and surprised that I haven’t really gained any weight over the past month or two – I was almost afraid to get on the scale this morning, ha.
