-30 Day Abs & Squats Challenge, Day 1: 10 sit-ups, 10 crunches, 25 squats

-Shoulders:
Bands-Only Shoulder Workout
Red band, 3 sets of 10 reps each
-overhead press
-lateral raise
-front raise
-bent-over lateral raise
-shrug
