-Treadmill: 2 miles in 25:16

-30 Day Abs & Squats Challenge, Day 2: 20 sit-ups, 15 crunches, 30 squats

-Bodyweight Legs Workout
3 sets of 10 reps each:
-lunges
-side kicks
-climbers
-calf raises
-squats
-donkey kicks
